Refund Policy

1. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Subscription → Cancel.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access to your paid features until the end of your current billing cycle.
• After the billing cycle ends, your account will revert to the Free plan.
• Your data is never deleted upon cancellation — you keep all your historical transactions and records.

2. Refund Eligibility

Full Refund (Within 48 Hours)

If you accidentally purchased a subscription or upgraded to the wrong plan, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of the transaction. No questions asked.

Pro-Rated Refund (Technical Issues)

If a technical issue on our end makes the app unusable for an extended period (more than 72 hours), you may request a pro-rated refund for the unusable period. You must provide:

• Description of the issue
• Screenshots or error messages
• Approximate dates when the issue occurred

No Refund

Refunds are not available in these cases:

• Change of mind after 48 hours.
• Partial month usage (e.g., used for 15 days, want refund for remaining 15 days).
• Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle auto-renewal.
• Issues caused by your device, internet connection, or third-party services.
• Violation of Terms of Service leading to account suspension.

3. How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@dhanrakh.in with the subject line "Refund Request".
2. Include your registered email address and Razorpay transaction ID.
3. Describe the reason for your refund request.

We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

4. Annual Plan Refunds

Annual plans are non-refundable after 48 hours, as they include a ~24% discount over the monthly price. We recommend trying the monthly plan first if you're unsure.

5. Free Tier Users

The Free plan is completely free with no payment required. There is nothing to refund. If you upgrade from Free to a paid plan, the refund policies above apply to the paid subscription.
